About the project
The Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs) are a group of 20 diseases that affect the most marginalized communities around the world. The NTDFreeIndia social media platforms serve as a hub of content and inspiration to tackle the NTDs to achieve improved and sustainable health outcomes for all - specifically for Lymphatic Filariasis and Visceral Leishmaniasis. Through sustained mass drug administration rounds, active community mobilisation efforts and amplified champion voices the goal is to spread awareness about the diseases, its prevention and government's initiatives to support patients and eliminate the diseases. Let's work together to #BeatNTDs and create a healthier India for all.
